Our shipping fee is $15 in total , free shipping and handing $600 in total,
2. Whats the minimum order? Can I order a pair /piece sample?
There is no minimum order and you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing order, We don't mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.
3. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 24 hours you can trace your package.
4. How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping is made via either TNT,DHL,EMS, or UPS express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped. It usually takes 7 - 8 business days to receive your order.Sometimes the orders are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many other international locations.
6. Are all Items on web available?
Most of the items are all available and can be shipped in 2 day after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some of them will be out of stock sometimes.
7 Can you reserve a shoe for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it to us and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else

9 can i get the full refund for returns?
we accept returns for the faulty items only, and for returns, we only refund the item costs, For the shipping costs,handlng fee and other fees, they can not be refunded. and if you want to return the right items, then it is our policy to charge $25 restocking fee.
